Kelly Carr
Extension Agent, 4-H Youth Development
Kelly is the Associate 4-H Positive Youth Development Agent in VCE-Greene. She is no stranger to VCE. After getting her degree from Virginia Tech in Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education, Kelly served as the 4-H Program Educator in Orange County for three and a half years. After spending some time teaching, she realized that 4-H was truly where her heart belonged. She started working in the Greene Extension office as the part-time emergency hire putting on some really cool programs over the summer, working with clubs, and other community partnerships.
